Shipping & Returns

Freight
Freight is calculated based on your postcode. Victorian Metropolitan customers are defined by the following postcode ranges:

3000-3220, 3335-3341, 3425-3443, 3750-3811, 3910-3920, 3926-3944, 3972-3978, 3980-3983, 8000-8999

Customers within these postcodes will receive FREE shipping on orders exceeding $200. Any Victorian Metropolitan orders under $200 incur a freight charge of $15. All amounts quoted are pre GST.

Standard freight charges for Victorian Regional areas are as follows:

Back Orders
Back orders will be delivered freight free.

Back orders will be retained automatically and shipped with your next order, unless requested/arranged otherwise.

Checking an Order
Please check your goods against your invoice.

Claims must be made within 7 working days of delivery date. If you have any questions about an order that you have placed, contact our Customer Service Staff by either telephone or email for further information or assistance.

From time to time All Craft will substitute a requested product with another item of equal or greater value with no extra charge to the customer if the item requested is temporarily out of stock at the time of purchase.If you do not wish to receive a substitute item please note this in the additional comments section at the e-checkout.

Refund / Return Policy
Please select your items of purchase carefully. Once a purchase has been received in good working condition and has been opened or used, these items will not be eligible for refund / return. Any unwanted goods may be returned if in original condition but may incur freight costs & a 10% re-stocking fee.

Faulty goods or goods damaged during transit will be promptly replaced, exchanged or a full refund issued. Claims must be made within 7 working days of delivery date.
